No customer service if your E-atv bites the dust and leaves you stranded. No mechanics manual (schematics) available. "Take it to a Damak dealer" who is either 200 miles away in Canada or 200 miles away in CT. Asked how an authorized Damak dealer fixes an ATV without a manual, they say, "they just learn how "Review from Howard S

I bought a ***** 500 48 v 19.2 paid $3,000, 3 years ago only 670 kms on it. Warranty is due. However, the frame of the bike is broken. I went to Daymak store to ask to buy a new frame, they were not even interested in helping. It sound strange to them that I was looking for parts and services. They responded we don't sell parts and wrote in a piece of paper to contact via email *****************.com. I did. Also call them. They told me that they didn't have frames but they will try to locate one and will contact me in a few days. After 10 days I contacted them, they responded that they are not able to supply a frame, period. In the meantime I also visited another Daymak agent in North York, same answer, no we don't sell parts. How is possible that Daymak being a big company have this ***** way of doing business, how is possible that after spending $3,000 in a bike Daymak cannot replace the cheapest part of the bike such as the frame? They also make sure that their parts and battery are totally incompatible with any other models, so I supposed to waste $3,000 and parts just because Daymak have no parts available and offer no customer or the worse customer services? Lastly, just the battery for this bike cost over $1,000. However now I'm stuck with absolutely no options from Daymak other than buying a new bike. ** ********* ** *** ****** **** ** ******** ********** **** ******* Planning to contact the CEO of Daymak. **** ******* *** *** ******** ***** ******* ***** I paid $7000 for their top model mobility scooter, and its been replaced under warranty and fixed at least 3x and they only give you 6 months warranty on all electronics and the $3500 lithium battery! The front motor died on me tonight and the bike is only has 700 kms on it and is 8 months old! Very disappointing. I called them and they said to quote "we don't give out ANY information over the phone because if you * it up you'll blame us!" This is really what the guy said to me and then hung up on me! Never buying from this company again EVER!Review from Gary G

I just bought a ********** 60 V on July 19, 2022 and I was happy until I realized that the millage and the speedometer were not working properly, ex: the bike show 13 km/h but really my speed was 20 km/h according to the data of the GPS. I contacted the service in Toronto and I was told that this type of bicycle does not record millage when coasting, there no way to fix it and so by his design, the speedometer may not be accurate. So personally why Daymak install a nice gauge which you cannot count on it ..its frustrating because I pay $3600 for a bike who indicate wrong info...

The Speedometer on this type of bike is running based on the motor and not the moving speed, it is not a GPS, GPS stands for Global Positioning System, which requires access to communicating with Satellites to give you accurate positioning and movement/speed/etc.
A Speedometer is either connected to the motor (such as on Electric bikes), or a tire sensor (such as on a car). This is why when using a GPS in an older car, you may not get as accurate a speed on the speedometer as you would on the GPS, as the tire sensor may not be completely calibrated, but the GPS is always based on a positioning system.
The bike Speedometer is meant to ONLY tell you when the motor is engaged how fast the motor is taking you, since you can pedal, or go downhill faster than the motor is able to move you, the customer is correct, the speedometer at coasting speeds, will not be accurate to actual movements of the bike.
This is just all based on the limitations of the technology that is out there, if the customer would like to purchase something from a 3rd party that will attach to their bike, there are such items available that will contain a GPS unit and base the speed off the actual movement of their ebike, but that is not something that we offer as a company, nor do we have plans to, as that is another technology altogether, and not something that the average customer of ours is willing to pay extra for.
We are sorry that the customer feels this means it is not working properly, but this is functioning exactly how it was meant to function, and hopefully with this better, more detailed explanation they will be as happy as they were before they felt there was an issue.

I purchased a new Daymak mobility scooter May 27/22. The scooter has broke down twice in the last week. The scooter has been sitting in the daymak dealers shop here in Campbell River for the last three days. The people here don't know what is wrong. They are baffled by flashing lights. They have tried contacting daymak headquarters for assistance. Headquarters will not return their calls. ***********************************************************Daymak Inc. Response

The store in Campbell River is an independent dealer and has nothing to do with Daymak other than being a re-seller of our product. From our conversations with the dealer in Campbell River, this situation has been resolved already.Review from Olga H

*********************************** they would not take any responsibility in case something goes wrong with your product. We purchased a ride on car and immediately it had a very low battery charge, with battery completely draining within 15 mins. After struggling for 3 months, I called the service department and was told that the battery must be faulty and its replacement was covered by a 1 year warranty. I was asked to email a copy of my receipt and wait for someone to reach out to me to book an appointment. After several email follow ups and 2 phone calls, I spoke to a rude service team member who informed me that the warranty is actually 3 months and not 1 year and Im out of luck now. When I said that's not what his colleague told me earlier, he responded saying "she's new and is still in training". It would now cost $100 to replace the battery, plus $65 for an "assessment". As I paid over $600 for this car 4 months ago and the battery was faulty from the very beginning, this is completely unreasonable. Also, the "3 month warranty" is not even mentioned in the car manual,*******************
