Me and my partner decided to waterproof our cabbage town home. We called 3 companies. 2 of the dismissed our wishes because of the challenging nature of the job being an difficult external project, and instated we do interior waterproofing. City Wide was the only one to agree to do the work outside. They did an incredible job and would highly recommend.Review from David Q

City Wide came to do waterproofing on a leaky wall in 2019. 4 years later it's clear that the work was poorly done and we have water leaking into our basement in the same place. Two other companies came to give us a quote, and both of them were shocked that they were done by a company that was 'still in business' because of how poor it was. The blue skin was not suitable at all for our foundation and had peeled away from the wall. It was below grade and there was no drainage from our window wells to the weeping tile. These are basic things. Called for City Group to take a look, they said they'd send someone and that person didn't show up, didn't give a warning. Follow-up call said they'd call me back, they didn't. Another follow-up call finally got someone to our house, who gave a bunch of excuses and leaned towards minimal fix-up. I have a transferrable, lifetime guarantee from City Wide Inc. for a water damage repair that was done to my house in 2001. In June 2022 I had a water leak in the exact same spot as the previous leak and called City Wide to come and take a look. Since July 16th, 2022 I have been trying to get City Wide to come to my house to honour their guarantee but still have had no success in getting them to come. It's October 11th now. I have a quote from *** that indicates the need to repair the exact same spot. I have called and emailed them, and I get promises of someone will call me back - but they never do. The salespeople were very willing to come quickly when they thought I was a new customer, but when they discovered I was a "problem" issue - it been crickets.
