9/24/2021 Thomas Ford of Great Lakes (** **** ******* quoted 5 windows on Quote GRL5827 9/27/2021 Acknowledged 10/5/2021 Deposited 1/2 of $6123.98, i.e. $3061.99 for the 5 windows + 9 cappings 11/18/2021 GL confirmed for next week to finish up the capping! 5/30/2022 Reached out twice to GL about scheduling the window install for Thursday, June 2nd and have not heard back from GL 6/2/2022 GL held up at another job and were not able to make installation as scheduled 7/27/2022 GL tried to make appointment 7/27/2022 Update more contact for GL to make appointment for installation 7/28/2022 GL made appointment for 8/6/2022 8/15/2022 Informed GL that we would be in Windsor on August 17 to give all day access for installation 8/16/2022 After tomorrow (Aug 17th) Teresa will no longer be managing the building, we will have a new superintendent, just give me a date and I will get the superintendent to give your guys access 8/17/2022 We were at job site all day and GL did not show up for installation 9/5/2022 Reminded all tenant & superintendent that GL would install windows on 9/6/2022 9/6/2022 GL at job site at 8:30 am, superintendent did not get to phone right away but called back to GL office to have GL crew to come back within 5 minutes from crew's call. GL refused to come back for the job 10/5/2022 GL tried to massage the cost of capping into extra cost when the contract stipulated that capping is in the total contract cost 10/19/2022 GL demanded $1000 + tax on top of the signed contract with 50% deposited on 10/5/2021. GL asked for the full job payment before GL would schedule any appointment 10/24/2022 We produced evidence that we made 50% deposit in 10/5/2021 for a job that is not half done in 10/19/2022 and GL had the gut to ask for extra $1000. We suggested GL should reduce % of job cost due to days of further delay. 10/25/2022 GL tried to message the cost of capping into extra cost when the contract stipulated that capping is in the total contract cost
