** *** *** **** ******* **** *** *** ***** ** * ***** **** * **** * ***** Appliance guy showed up and looked at my fridge and diagnosed a fix within 2 mins of looking at fridge a $5000 ********** fridge ********** that was bought June 2021 The gentleman service tech opened up the fridge and pulled out 2 plastic draws and said there is a lot of condensation from opening and closing the fridge door too much Then he says it's iced up and we need to order you a new control board I said to him you didn't even check the compressor He then said since the freezer is worker then there is nothing wrong with the compressor and says I'm leaving good luck with your fridge Just like the reviews on here they all talk about bad customer service and I just experienced it Like seriously he didn't give me any details of why so I am just supposed to trust him just like that within 2 minutes of him being there...like break it down for me help me understand hereReview from Elizabeth C

After being royally screwed by *************************** (BBB rating F but recommended by **********) I called Belaty(BBB rating A+) The service guy and trainee arrived, found the problem with my fridge, did the repair - all within the service fee. *******************Review from Andy S

Belaty is one of the authorized ** representatives but their technicians are ***********. Our ** fridge stopped working (fridge/freezer not cooling) and we went through the ** website to book an appointment with them. A technician showed up 6 days later to repair it. After working on it for an hour, he said the fridge was fixed and it would take 24 hrs for it to cool but the problem was not fixed after 24 hrs, i.e. fridge/freezer still not cooling. We called them the next day and they said we had to wait another day for a technician to come back. Poor customer service and *********** technicians. *************************************************
