      I cannot recommend working with Condo Handyman highly enough! To sum up my experience with Condo Handyman, I’d have to say this was the smoothest, best run, well-priced and successful renovation I’ve ever done (and I’ve done about 6 of them over my 35 years as a home owner). I purchased a 2BR, 2 bath condo and it was a big update I wanted. They renovated both bathrooms, installed new flooring & baseboards throughout, totally refreshed the kitchen with painted cabinet doors, new counter and backsplash, new sink, plus painted the unit and installed new light fixtures. The amazing thing is they executed the project in less than a month so it was ready to move-in with only finishing touches left. Tanya was a godsend in partnering with me to create a harmonious look and vibe to the place, while Bruno and his folks brought excellent craftsmanship and execution to the renovation work. Tanya and Bruno are great people who communicate clearly, follow through on their promises, and delivered a quality of work that makes me smile and feel delighted every time I walk through my front door. I couldn’t be more delighted with the outcome of the project, or with the quality of service, communication, design, and workmanship with them. They stand behind their work and were just as committed to having a beautiful space for me to live in as I was! I highly recommend Condo Handyman for any of your condo repair and renovation needs!

      I paid nearly $30k to renovate my condo They refused to fix deficiencies, **** to me about changing design options - things they promised like sending over cleaners never happened and they over charged for quality paint and then used inferior paint * ** **** ***** ****

      Numerous walk-throughs regarding deficiencies were complete with the client (dates can be provided if required). We addressed and completed the deficiencies numerous times to ensure the client’s satisfaction. The client is false in saying we changed design options. If the client is referring to her countertop selection (which we are assuming under her previous accusations), the client had chosen two options during her selection meeting at the start of her project. At this time, she was asked to choose 2 options in the case her first option was unavailable at the time of order, this was done to ensure we were able to meet her project deadline and ensure stock availability. Nearing the completion of the project, we offered her a cleaning service to assist in mending her concerns; while at first, she accepted, when it came to scheduling, she did not provide confirmation when dates and times were given and eventually denied both the cleaning service and access into her unit. Regarding her concern with the quality of paint, we were unaware of her concern at the time when both the painting services and multiple painting deficiency visits were completed (dates can be provided if required); months after the completion she voiced this concern when at which we assured her that both the painting finishes and quality were that of what was included in her approved proposal. We have made numerous efforts to come to an amicable resolution with this client including applying questionable credits in efforts to satisfy her. The client specified she no longer wanted to communicate outside of email, which for a while we respected however her emails became redundant, bashful, insulting and with no effort and/or intent for an amicable solution and/or resolution. After cutting off communication, and with money still owing, the client continuously bashed the company name and individual employees over months on several social media platforms ********* ******* ********** ***** ********** ***** *** ***** ****** *** ** ******** ** *********. Condo Handyman has been in this industry for over 20 years and wish the best for clients. While we take pride in both our products, workmanship and service, this client is one that we have exhausted all solutions and resolutions with. We value our work and are very passionate about what we do and the people we serve. At the end of the day, the client has refused to come to any reasonable means and at this point (months after the completion of her project) we wish to respectfully move on.
