  Please see attached supporting documents for detailed complaint i would like to file against TOW-ALL-INC here in Fenelon Falls within the city of Kawartha Lakes. This is a very serious matter that involves my personal property that has been withheld from me for a total of 88 days as of today.

  I have attached the notice of impound showing the date and time that the vehicle was impounded by opp with a release date of "to be determined" which means the registered owner needs to appear in court to get the release order.

  The other attachment is the release order showing the car can be released as of July 21 2023 but also showing ***** requested all the fees be waived and that motion was denied and crossed out by the court. 

  We are not refusing ***** poserion of her car, she can pick it up anytime all she has to do is pay the bill like any other criminal would. We have even offered to discount it to $650 plus tax and that wasn't good enough for her

  ***** had been harassing my office staff and myself to the point I had to call opp and have them warn her that if the phone calls and emails do not stop that she will be charged with harassment, after that phone call she has started complaining to any and every organization that WL listen, such as the ***.

  I am rejecting this response because:

  I am rejecting this response because: I am dissatisfied with the response of this company. They 
  were made aware July 18th 2023 the charges were withdrawn. I am attaching a copy of email 
  conversations between the POA MANAGER and myself ********* ******** which is evidence the 
  courts had no information for these charges so the charges were withdrawn. This company made a 
  defamatory statement calling me a criminal in the *** response which is a criminal offence I was 
  not found guilty on July 18th 2023. I am 42 years old and i do not have a criminal record so this is 
  evidence this company is taking sides with the police which makes him just as guilty of violating my 
  constitutional rights and freedoms whereas the police have been doing this to me and my children 
  for decades whereas the evidence can be found by going to ********************************
  You will also be able to view the ontario court of Justice has been violating my rights and freedoms 
  since 2013 and there is an active file # with the HRTO that also involves the same officer who 
  impounded my motor vehicle on May 15th 2023. I should not be held responsible to pay even 
  $650.00 + Tax when my vehicle was improperly impounded at this impound yard. I am attaching 
  pictures of august 11th 2023 of my vehicle at this impound yard and i am attaching pictures that 
  were taken on August 21st 2023 that shows my vehicle has been touched / moved / removed so i 
  would like to know where my vehicle is. I am proceeding forward with an application under section 
  34 of the human rights code against this company for violating my legal rights under section (7) Life, 
  liberty, security of a person. 
  I would like my vehicle returned home to my driveway without having to pay any of these fees as i 
  am not a criminal and i was not found guilty. This company is being unprofessional and untrust 
  worthy and they need to be investiagted.
