            Sept.15/20 PoolBusters installed a new liner from their supplier ****** *****(Burlington). May 2021 opened the pool everything was good till 2wks. later spots and seams began to severely pucker leaving big discolored hard raised spots.Notified PoolBusters e-mailed to deal directly with ********.Given ****** as warranty, and************** as incident, sent many e-mail and pics.Warranty states full replacement for first 5yrs.they offered $1200 on my $3600 purchase.I refused because of written warranty claims online and in contract info.Now they will not respond to me and told me to go back to PoolBuster's.Aug/24 called Poolbusters,****(owner) called me the next day,I sent more pics to him and haven't gotten a response from neither.Tried to explain to ******** that PoolBuster would not originally call me back on all my calls, that is why I was dealing with them to begin with.*******************************************************

            ***** ***** ** **** ***** ordered new liner and there was a long delay in getting - no one would call us back. Finally got the new liner but it was different liner than what we choose - owner said we couldn't get in the one you picked so we got you this one and if you don't want this one you will not have a pool this year at all. After much discussion and aggrevation - they installed it - 2 days later there was ripples in the liner - called them again - were not getting back to us. Finally after weeks they came to fix. ***** ** we gave them another chance with a new winter cover - they installed it and closed our pool last year to find out when we opened it two of the screws in our concrete were stripped and parts off our pump were gone. Called them to get replacements - went to pick them up at the store to deal with a very ****, ************** clerk. ** *** *************** ** **** ** * ****** ** *** ***** never experienced such a ******, **** person in my life. We will never step foot in that store again *****************************************************************
