I had my roof done just this week by Niagara Roofmasters I had several estimates for my roof David from Niagara Roofmasters came and went the extra mile he went into my attic took pictures and showed me this is why I chose them he said that he would send his best team and he did Ryan the project manager called me setup a time for them to come he address all my concerns about my shubs came every day to make sure things were going well very caring person Kevin the man in charge of the crew (team) they were all very caring I am so glad I went with this company from start to finish it was awesome experience Thank you all for a great experience Doug

I recently had my roof done and I have nothing but praise for Dave, the roofers, and the office staff. Everything was explained clearly and the whole process was streamline. Our new roof was installed on October 12, 2021.
We immediately found Dave C. very professional and well informed. He fixed the problem that had caused the leak and his quotation for the installation of a new roof was very reasonable.
The crew was pleasant and efficient. It took them two days to finish the installation and at the end of the second day they did a full clean up of the site. Ours is a difficult roof, with a high peak and a dormer and attached to the neighbor on one side. They did an excellent job at matching seamlessly.
The next day Dave came to inspect the work .

Exceeded expectations. We called one roofing company for an estimate and someone came out to look at the roof, but they never came back or emailed an estimate. We then called our insurance company for a referral and they offered up two names. One was Niagara Roofmasters in Fonthill. The Better Business Bureau gave them 4.85 out of 5 points. The other company fell far short of that score. So Dave from Niagara Roofmasters came out and we got a prompt estimate. They began working on the roof on the day they promised. The crew worked really hard, coming back from lunch and breaks promptly, and worked on the house three days straight until it was completed. Every interaction with the crew was pleasant and friendly. Dave kept us updated every day, telling us exactly what was going on over our heads as the job progressed. We were nervous because we had never contracted for a roof replacement before and every time we would get anxious about what was happening, he was kind and straightforward and truthful. The estimate on each item came in at exactly that price. Brandy in the office was polite, professional and efficient and answered every question we had about our bill. From the beginning when Dave came and gave me a quote, Niagara Roofmasters was excellent. They were able to come within a week as I had a leak in my kitchen. The fellows that came to install were pleasant, very professional and efficient. The roof took a day to complete and the next day, another fellow came to clean any refuse left behind, used a magnet to pickup any nails and blew the driveway.

Niagara Roof Masters did our roof on July 13,14, 2021, very easy to converse with the workers, did an excellent job on all the details of the job, they did what they promised, the workers worked tiresly during the time with threat of rain and high humidity.David the estimator was very clear on the products to be used and the workmanship of the job.
