Less than 3 weeks before our wedding I had not heard from Jenn to finalize anything so I reached out. When we spoke she let me know there was going to be a "small" increase to the contract we had made. The next day I was sent a new invoice with an almost 50% increase to our package. This is not "small". I reached out again to Jenn to let her know we would like to meet somewhere closer to our original agreement especially so close to our wedding as we were not expecting to pay so much. Jenn refused to do anything to help. As it was so close to the wedding and I had already given a 50% down payment in order to have our original deal there wasn't much I could do and had to go through with using this vendor, otherwise I would not have. As for our florals... We specifically had spoken about having no miller in my floral package, which she had confirmed she had not ordered - each of the men's boutonnières had miller as a main portion of it. This did not fit out theme and looked awful in photos. The boutonnières also fell right off the magnets of almost all, not even an hour and a half after the men had put them on. The quality was just not there. I expected my bridesmaid bouquets to be a bit bigger. I've been in quite a few bridal parties and they were the smallest I've ever seen. Not worth the amount paid. I had higher expectations, especially after paying Jenn an almost 50% increase in the price she had given me originally.
