      A concerned fur mom If you love your pet, don't go here! One of my cats was becoming jaundice, I called and had to wait 48 hours before he was seen. I was asked to wait in my car as per covid precautions as they examined him. ********************************************************************************************************************************** up to 20 thousand dollars for a ***** day stay. I asked about another option and was told I needed to euthanize. The vet did not do any diagnostics, blood work or scans and just merely looked at him. The vet then encouraged me to make a appointment for the next day to put him down, in which I was unsure of this option as he was only five years old at the time. I went to pay for the quick exam and was presented with cremation options, like what the hell! The next day I called and canceled his appointment with death and made a appointment with a different vet for a second opinion. Foxboro vet told me I was being cruel and inhumane by not saying goodbye and hung up on me. By taking him else where, he got amazing care, it did not cost me tens of thousands of dollars and he has made a full recovery and is now 7 years old and thriving! Thank god there are good people out there, but not the vet at Foxboro! if I could give a customer review rating a zero I would have!

      I am so very grateful Foxboro Vet is my cats' doc. They took on my cats when my previous vet dumped us for no reason (always paid promptly, didn't complain at all re service???? too busy with pandemic???). Foxboro Vet took on my two cats, one requiring emergency surgery as a new patient. I agree I miss the interaction with my cats' doctor, but Foxboro Vet has always been there for us. Five Stars all the way

      This vet is terrible. They have zero bedside manner. My dog was. Patient here. I called them simply to get flea treatment for an existing patient. I inquired about other animals in my home the see a different vet and everything went downhill. I explained I wouldn't be switch my elderly dogs vet at the late stage in his life that it was just simply to expensive to switch at this point as geriatric exams are more thorough and require more tests. After a very negative interaction with this office secretary I requested to speak to the vet herself. I was told she would be just a minute. Then told 5 minutes later she was unavailable. Then the secretary calls me back to "send my dogs patient records" because I refused to have them see my other animals. I was then forced to email them instead. They responded instantly. I explained I could simply buy over the counter flea treatment at a pet store and wanted information about interactions. That the conduct of the employee was unprofessional and unappreciated. She then refused to give my dog the flea prescription and referred me to her lawyer. Do not ever go to this vet, they only want your money and will put your animals at risk to fill their pockets.

      When threatened with legal action we are no longer able to continue conversations with clients and refer them to our legal team. We also have a zero tolerance to abuse, including all proliferative language. Once trust has been broken, such is the case after experiencing verbal abuse, then their is no longer a valid veterinary-pet-client-relationships and it is no longer possible to continue any care, including prescribing medications. The rest of this seems fine, not overly accurate, but certainly his point of view of the events..

      This ***** is outright lying. Our interaction was through email and after being told I would file a complaint with the better buisness bureau and the Ontario college of vets because they refused to give me important information because they were to focused on attempting to get me to pay more money for my other dog instead of simply answering wether or not they could sell me over the counter flea control and which ones of any would be safe to use on my other animals that won't effect the animal that is currently her patient. This vet only wanted my money nothing else. The person I spoke to on the phone was told that my other dog was elderly and teaching the end of his life he does not need to see a vet I just need information about they current dog and to buy her flea medication. I would like somewhere to forward the interaction I had with this vet as I have it all in writing. This ***** referred me to her lawyer instead of deal with her employee.
