We had them put in an a/c unit in the summer of 2019. At this time they disconnected the furnace fan on the air exchanger. They needed a relay to make both the fan and a/c unit to work. They suggested that when we called them for a furnace service call, we ask them to do this part of the work. Foolishly we agreed. We are at fault for not following up on the a year ago. We called them in October 2021 to schedule this furnace service call and to complete their unfinished work on the relay. They were supposed to come at the end of November. They called close to the date and rescheduled for 29 December. A couple of days before this date they called and said they no longer had anyone of staff to service an oil furnace. They said they would come on Jan 10 to do the relay work. They did show up and presented us with a bill of $275. This is work that was paid for as part of the instillation of the a/c unit. Anyhow they knocked it down to $175 which we had to pay. They are totally unreliable and a company you should avoid dealing with. Howard L*****Review from Tom

This company was called to see the status of my dying furnace in October. They red tagged my furnace so I scheduled a simple quote for a new furnace. They keep cancelling the appointments (3 times now) and it's very cold up north now. As we head into December, I gave up on them. If a company red tags a furnace, is this not a serious issue? Excuse: Not enough technicians. Unacceptable. I don't have any children but some pets who need heat. I can't wait to see my next power bill. Thanks, Doyle!Review from Joni W

I called to determine the cost of checking my fireplace which was not working properly. They said it would be $85 to come and determine the problem. They charged the $85 as a diagnostic fee but then added a $155 charge to actually look at it to find the problem. Here less than an hour. Other businesses charge $119 for an hour. Complained with no resolution.
