On October 16, 2021 17:25 hrs I placed an order for 8 x 500 mL Tallboy of ******** Draught Stout. At 17:28 hrs I received an email confirming order of 8 x 500 ml Tallboy of ******** Draught Stout, 3.00 each Total: $24.00 Delivery: $8.85 HST: $1.41 Processing Fee: $2.00 Total: $36.26. # (*******) after waiting 2 1/2 hours I then proceeded to cancel my order. A few minutes later driver called me to let me know he had my order and could be there in 15 minutes. I sad yes, driver arrived 25 minutes later I then paid with a CC $37.26 and was given a box which contained 8 x 440 mL cans. I spoke with the driver informed him of the mistake, he seemed to shrug off my complaint and said "well see what we can do" . I attempted contact many times, they appear to be ignoring me. I was charged a higher price item while they delivered a less costly product. Hello,
We have spoken to the customer and processed a refund of the product amount totaling $1.05. We also provided the customer with a full refund of the $8.85 delivery fee. The refund should show in the clients account within 24 to 48 hours. This matter is considered resolved.
