Wow, if you are in the market for a vehicle, do yourself a favour and make sure you visit Performance Mazda in Orleans, before you buy anything.Not only do they sell great vehicles but this is one of the few dealerships in Ottawa that is family owned and operated. You will be amazed at the friendly courteous and honest way you are treated. Customers are their number one priority. I had an excellent experience at Performance Mazda in ***************. I bought the CX-5 and I am very happy with the car. ***************, my car salesman, was very helpful in reviewing the automobile with me, spending time on a test drive with me and discussing financing. Poor service. My cx5 was towed in under warranty with all the lights on the dash going off and it wouldn’t start. After keeping it for 2 days they couldn’t find the problem and said it might be the automatic starter which was installed by Mazda and it would be $130.00 to remove it. This was not an after market. It was part of the contract when we purchased the NEW vehicle. Michael
