Deceitful pricing advertised for children. Price for child to enter is listed as 26.99, and mentions that children must be accompanied by an adult. There is no mention that it must be a paying adult admission. An adult admission is listed as 11.99. The pricing note should make it clear that the adult must pay an admission fee as well, even if they do not wish to enter the play structure.Initial Complaint

I brought my Children to Cosmic Adventures on Saturday the 25th of March, 2023 at approx 3:00 p.m my son was touched inappropriately, another child stuck a finger in his butt. Another mother approached me and said this child was doing this to numerous children. I approached management and advised what had happened. Manager said I know who to look for because this was not the first time in that day this child was acting sexually inappropriately. At this point we were not able to find child or parent. They had previously warned the child and parent earlier that day. They did not get any I.D. They should have removed the child the first time or at the very least have taken a name in matters this serious. The warning that was given is useless. The manager I spoke to on phone advised that staff was not at all trained in these events. My son has been traumatized and I worry for the safety of other children, considering the lack of staff training.
