We have used Bradley Contracting for the construction of a portion of our fence with our neighbour. The digging crew that was first sent was extremely slow and seemed not knowledgeable but completed the work after multiple days. The installation crew came and did an awful job. Screws were seen in lots of places and going thru boards, posts were cut on an angle, etc. Multiple crews had to come back on a few occasions, always unannounced to fix the multiple issues. One crew even came the week of Christmas to move a post, which is 4 months after the project started. We are now at 8 months into the project and we are still waiting on the last item to be fixed, which have been measured 3 times and were told that they will come back to install the new door and post cap. The fact that new projects are being started this year and that our simple request to finish ours that has started in August 2021 is not being accounted for is infuriating. Multiple emails, and phone calls were done with little to no results since the beginning of this project. The lack of client service, professionalism and communication is a major issue. We are requesting that the last item to fix (new gate and post cap) be completed immediately and that the final invoice be sent so that we can move on with other things.Business response

Good Afternoon,
We have hung the gate and resolved any issues with the fence installation. The gate was installed 04/09/2022 we hade issues with product delivery through the pandemic and was the reason for the delay. I have had an email conversation with the client and he is aware that the gate is completed.
