I bought a 2016 ******** **** *** ******* ***** Friday Jul 7,2023 From Nissan Guelph. I had it for 3 days to test drive. It had a howl in the rear end. Justin at **** ****** put it on hoister me to check it out. The problem was van needs four wheel alignment and 4 new tire. The front wheels bald and rears still had passable tread but badly cupping inside and out on both rears tires must be replaced. Caused be bad alignment. I went back to Jill G. that was selling van. I asked Jill G. would this effect the deal because this must be done and she said "NO." Plus intermitted cruse control, which I ended up getting extended warranty to cover. After days of trying to find out what was deing done. I was sent pic"s of the tread stating the tires are legal. It was not about legal it's about the condition of the tread. The bad cupping inside and out on both back tires. They where to be replaced because of condition of tires. Jill responded it should of been on contract and I stated you wrote it all down. You are the professional why did you not do it right. She responded it would cost me money. I don't get that. I know Justin will stand behind his assessment . He told me I could trust Jill. I picked up my van at closing on Friday and my first stop the trunk would not open. I called Service on Monday and they recommended ******** because some power switch must be turned off. ******* said no such thing. Something is wrong with the latch. Take is back to Nissan to where safety was done. It needs to be done. I send email to seller agent Jill G. with no response as of yet. These problems are part of safety plus the original deal to rear tires. As for the detailing not being done they said they had to wait for paint pen before they could cover chips and buff out scratches. They are suppose to call me back when they have it. Very unstratified customer. *** ******
