I had a hygrade steel roof installed on my house . I had alot of trouble getting then to come and install. The sales guy promised to install in a few weeks , that turned into 6 months . Now about 5 years later I have a leak on both bathroom copper plumbing stack pipes. I went up and took a picture of the rotted out rubber boot they used . Rotten and disintegrated after 5 yrs. So I called and e mailed and now keep getting no answer for a service repair . They keep avoiding my call or e mail . Not even a call or e mail back . It was the same thing when we were trying to schedule the install . Very frustrating . Hard to honor a warranty if you can't get ahold of any one.Business response

Had a leak on our roof around December 2022. We paid Hy-grade to remove the skylight to illuminate what we thought was the leak issue. Then towards the end of July there was a rain storm. Water then came through our ceiling again close to where the leak was before. We called hy-grade July 24th and then at least another 3 times since then. I kept being told someone will come out to my house giving me specific times and dates. I’m waited each time for someone to come out however no one showed or called. I have left messages and they are not being returned. Our roof was built in 1998 and it has a 50 year warranty on it. Can you please help.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: while we do accept that we received a visit from staff to review the issue on August 16th, we are under the impression that the issue is still being reviewed with a resolution to follow shortly.
