On the day of April 27th 2021 ** ******* *** I had an appointment to see Marquis Gardens and review their services available to schedule our Wedding Reception there. At this time we had chosen to use their services and provide an initial deposit/installment of $1347.00. Come May 22nd 2021 *** ************ *** ***** ******* ** ******* *** * ** ** **** **** I contacted Claudine from Marquis Gardens whom we originally met with to cancel the Wedding, she instructed me that I would need to provide this in writing which I did. A week later I had contacted her for a refund of the initial deposit/first Installment and at that point she had asked for an email from my partner confirming the Wedding was cancelled, this was provided within 24 hours. I never heard back from Claudine/Marquis Gardens. I had emailed a few times and finally after a few months managed to speak to her over the phone. She kept telling me she would look into the matter but never getting back to me. Most recently I have now been speaking with another lady from Marquis Gardens by the name of Chantel, she too is now not responding. * ** *** **** **** ** **** ** *** no one will communicate with me or provide my deposit back.
