      Bathtub King refinished my bathtub as part of an insurance claim. From the start they were not very helpful. Spoke to Gary (Hamilton office) very gruff & unhelpful. Tub was reglazed in December 2023. Horrible job. 5 large clusters of drips down the tub & areas that didn't have enugh coverage. Pulling teeth to get someone back to fix it. Spoke with Abera, not very helpful, said he would refer this to the person who deals with these complaints. No reply. So I sent Ebera an email asking for the person he referred my issues to & their contact info. No reply. Called & emailed everyone in the office trying to get assiatance. No reply. Sent a demanding email to Ebera, asking them to send someone back out to fix the issues. He finally made an app't to correct the issues. The same tech, Fabrizio came back to fix all the clusters of dripping paint. It was a horrible job. He used a small sprayer, not the one he originally used. The areas he sprayed looks like someone did a spray paint test shot. Nothing is blended. Looks like thick round circles. I called & emailed Bathtub King, no one returned my calls. I finally got Alicia in the office, she made a commitment to have someone call me the following Wednesday, no one reached out to me. Do not use this company, they do not care about their customers. They don't guaratee their work, they don't keep their commitments. * ***** **** **** * **** ** ** *** *********.

      Dear *****  Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We genuinely appreciate input from our customers as it helps us improve our services. We have carefully reviewed your concerns and would like to address them. We are sorry to hear about your perceived experience and would like to clarify and the put the facts in proper accurate perspective. You will recall that **** ******* (the insurance representative) is our customer in this case even though you are the occupant of the unit/house. **** engaged us to deal the tub refinishing job. Upon receipt of your complaints after our technician’s first work visit to site, we have had to go back twice following your complaints. It is important to advise that **** was satisfied with the job and has since settled accounts on this work order. This is more so as he is aware of the multiple times we had to go back (at your instance), the veracity of which could not be substantiated. **** also promised to let us know if there was any subsequent issue following our last visit but has not reverted till date. Notwithstanding the above narration and to better assist you, we advise that you liaise further with **** on this, if required. At Bathtub King, we strive to provide the highest level of service and take all customer concerns seriously. Our goal is to ensure that every customer has a positive experience, and we are committed to resolving any issues that may arise. We value your feedback and are dedicated to continuous improvement.       While I would like to comment that the Sales side of the business is very knowledgeable and the products are very nice and priced reasonable... it is the after sales service that is terrible and the professionalism on how to overcome customer concerns is totally lacking..**************. *************************************************************** **************** will not own up to issues within their control.
      Due to Covid, I was ordering parts well in advance of needing them. I ordered a marble shower base, vanity with quartz top and all of the fixtures for vanity and shower (including Rain Head) from BT King. When I picked up the parts, I came home only to see that the Rain Head was not in the box with every other fixture... they forgot to order it.... I had to return a week or so later to pick it up.
      BT King did the 'professional' shower base installation at a cost of nearly $600. I use the word 'professional' lightly here... they installed it with wooden shims and construction adhesive in less than 45 minutes.. I could have done that. I was expecting a bed of mortar to seat the base to my already nearly level floor.
      Finally, when the time came to have my plumber install the shower faucet/Diverter assembly, it became evident that parts were missing. I called the store to inquire, and it was then told to me that I received an open box diverter (and they had no idea parts were missing) and that I received the floor model faucets... was never told that I was getting floor models and open box parts when paying full price for them.
      While I did get the parts I needed, it took 2 hours all the while I had a plumber on the clock... costing me money. The Salesman had the nerve to indicate that I had an *********** plumber (not that he and his team were at any fault for the 'used and open box stock' missing parts.
      Forget about looking for any customer satisfaction or 'make it right' effort from BT King.. because when I asked about this the Sales Rep hung up on me...
