I am currently on a monthly fitness plan with Crunch Fitness in Downtown Hamilton. I have tried to cancel my account using their "contact us" web form multiple times in 2020 and 2021. I have never received a response. I've called with no response. I am unable to go in person due to COVID. They continue to charge me monthly though I've indicated I would like the plan cancelled multiple times. I would appreciate they cancel my account as I have not used it since 2020 and have made multiple attempts to contact them.Business response
