      I have had much success and pleasant experiences when shopping at Parks furniture. I usually deal with Donna who is nothing but professional. However my last experience led me to address a problem with the owner of the company (Patrick). He was ****, condescending and disrespectful to me in his words and actions. He was unwilling to discuss or even listen to what I had to say. He had his opinion and "nothing was going to change his mind" as he walked away from me. At one point he said I was mistaken at which I said he could be mistaken. With a *********** tone he said " don't you dare say that to me". *************************************************************** *************************************************************** ********

      I am always fair, I am not sure what Karen is referring to, however, if she can provide me with an invoice I will look into the matter. It is true, I will not tolerate be spoken to with disrespect.

      Great selection, great prices BUT extremely poor customer service, communication, and accountability! We requested to purchase a living room set that was available in their warehouse so that we could have it within the week. After paying in full, they delivered the incorrect colour and the sales person stated it was the distributor's fault for mislabelling the colour of the furniture. They stated they do not check to make sure the stock they receive matches the label on the wrapped item. They took not responsibility for the mistake and they offered no alternative options (store credit, and exchange for something in stock, or a percentage off for the inconvenience). They didn't even offer an apology. They stated we could keep the wrong furniture until the distributor delivered the correct colour. During our 6 month wait (ordered in June 2021 and delivered in Dec 2021), no one from Park's made an effort to contact us about the status of the delivery (we called monthly). Once we learned our correct order was to be delivered, we sent an email with our feedback about our negative experience (poor customer service, lack of communication, and lack of accountability). We asked that the email be sent to the manager and we received a telephone call within 30 minutes from a gentleman who did not introduce his role. We assumed it was related to scheduling the delivery and we confirmed the delivery date. He said he received our feedback and he was a manager. His response to the points listed on our email was dismissive and placating (much like the email we received from the sales person). He stated that Park's had a 4.0 star review on the BBB and he encouraged me to post my experience. He offered no apology or validation for any part of our negative experience. I asked what the purpose was for his call, and he responded by blaming the distributor for the delay. 🤦‍♂️ We are happy with the product we purchased, and the delivery crew were polite and efficient, BUT the process we went through to get the set was shocking terrible! Buyers beware and proceed with caution. ⚠️

      First, I would like to apologize for the error. We did not error it was our manufacturer that put the wrong label on the packaging. Why would we open each piece of furniture to make sure the product inside the package is what the label said. This would cause even more problems, the furniture could now get dirty. If we had an ongoing problem with our manufacturer having wrong labels we would implement a policy of checking the product or stop deal with the manufacturer all together. We did switch out the furniture for the correct colour.
