In the month of June I purchased an a/c from Cosmopolitan Heating & Cooling; at the same time, I paid for furnace maintenance which was confirmed to be done at the same time as the a/c installation. I was booked for August. Once the installation was completed and the technicians left, I called to let the company know that the furnace was not serviced and was not provided with a new date. I also asked (again) for the invoices for both the a/c and furnace maintenance to be provided. In late August/early September, I called them again about this and asked for a refund, which I was confirmed will be processed despite the vendor's resistance. I called a few times since then and emailed them as well. Every time I get confirmation that I will receive a refund on that day but then nothing happens. I call two weeks later and I get the same feedback that the money will be refunded that day and nothing. I have not received the refund since my request in late August/early September even though I have repeatedly asked for it. I do not want to use the services but I also had to use another company's services due to the technicians not doing it when they were asked to come. I request that Cosmopolitan processes the refund immediately since the services were not provided. They have confirmed they would multiple times as a tactic to continue delaying actually doing it.
