The problem occurred on February 2-3, 2023, I hired movers to relocate all my belongings to a storage unit located 10 minutes from with a lived. They arrived at 12:00 p.m., the move took 16 hours for a two bedroom apartment, to load and unload the storage location was a 10 minute ride. All my belongings took two loads but once again 16 hours, so this went into the early hours of Friday morning. I gave them a $700.00 deposit. After they loaded the two and final load, they wanted an additional $1900.00 or I would lose my stuff, *********** * *** * ****** **** **, and we sorted this out. Everything was put into storage. On February 19, 2023, ****** *** ** ****** went to the storage unit to organize everything, * *** ******* as we were moving everything out, to start organizing for the next move. I found that you could not touch anything with out everything caving in on you, by the time we emptied everything out of the unit, all I found was everything had been ****** ** ******* ******* *** damage, my receiver was smashed on the left side, my ******* player was thrown to the back of the unit, my speak was smashed in the front of the unit and thrown to the back of the unit, my other speakers were damaged ****** ******, my metal cabinets with were dented everywhere, my TVs were buried with heavy weight but onto them, my 40 inch TV ** *** *******, my ******* crystal is smashed, * ****** **** *** *** ****** ****** ****** ********** ** *** ******** **** ******* ****** *** ** ** ********* **** ******* * ******** *** *** ***** ****** * **** **** ************ * **** ****** ** ******** **********Business response

Hi we are sorry to hear about your experience but it was a lot of stuff other than what you listed we did send an extra guy for help, wrapped everything and filled up 2 storages and never asked for anything extra other the hourly price that was already discussed.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: There was no extra person that showed up, however that does not explain why everything was just thrown in carelessly, nor does this explain all the damage, ** **** ** **** ****** **** ** **** **** ***.
