I paid upfront for 12 sessionsof full body hair laser removal. The first session when I arrived, there was no one at the clinicand I waides 25 mins because they had forgotten. The 2nd time I was booking, I told them to book me with somone else because this practitioner didn't know what she was doing. The 2nd time practitioner was good with her work. 3rd time I requested to book with the same practitioner from the 2nd session, I showed up at the clinic, the practitioner is not there. The manager called and requested me to wait, I waited for 20 minutes and no one showed up. The manager apologized and promised to get me in in the next 2 days and promised that she would reimburse for the inconvenience, 9 days went by she never called back. No reimbursement and no appointment was received before 9 days. When they booked me in after 9 days of no show, they booked me in with the first practitioner that I was not happy with, after all this I still said no problem, I will give it a last try, the practitioner canceled on me just few hours before my appointment saying she was sick. I respect that, we all get sick. But unfortunately I need to move on and get my sessions done with a clinic where they have more stability. I requested for a manager to call me back, and that didn't happen. I sent a message to ask for a full refund on **, they accused me of ******* and being disrespectful to their staff and their practitioners, funny thing that their practitioners didn't show up to be ****** **. And I requested and send my concerns by message and email ******* * *** **** ** ***** ****** ******* **** **** **** *** **** ******** ** *** *** ********  Now they are holding my funds hostage. They don't have staff to provide the proper service and they are *********** to ***** provide a better solution and services.
