Timely ,excellent roof shingle replacement . Clear communication , answering all questions and concerns before and after the project . Even though it was a garden shed they took on this job with as much attention to detail as a home. A job well done by the whole team.

Overall, a bad experience. There was an immense amount of communication towards me but none between people at the company: the foreman at my house and the project manager and the service rep didn't talk to each other at all. I had to explain some things three times to make sure everyone was on the same page. The original quote didn't include all the work. The first site visit from the manager added $7k of work. He insisted he did not need to look at the roof from inside. Then after two days of work my roof still leaked from a spot they already roofed over. After showing it to him from the inside he was able to identify and rectify the problem. There was drywall damage on the inside of my house done by our roofing crew. They patched it up on their dime, as they should. I still had to repaint the whole ceiling to hide the drywall patches though. It took 7 visits (and 2+ months) after the roof was laid to get the final details done. They offered to keep coming back but my house looks a lot worse in some areas because of workers' carelessness, so I said no thanks. Cleanup was so-so at best, we still find the occasional nail on our property. I used these reviews to choose Gerry's roofing. My experience definitely did not live up to the rating they have.

We had a total roof replacement. From start to finish it was a total team effort. The free consultation was very informative. We were assured that the job would be done to our satisfaction, and it was: 100%. There were a couple of issues that required a return visit and according to their promise that the job isn't finished until we are 100% satisfied, they kept their promise! Norm and Josh were here today and finished the project. Everyone was friendly and professional. I am impressed. I called this morning and a few hours later Norm showed up to troubleshoot the problem with our roof that is leaking from a prior contractor who did the work several years ago. I was very impressed with the service from Gerry’s new owners. They answered the phone right away, no run around like some companies, and sent someone out to do my siding repair right away. It was a small job but it was very windy and I was worried the loose piece of fascia would blow off. Very professional work and I’m a very happy customer. They even sent me a thank you card for choosing them!
