I had ***** from Omni basement come to my home on 2 occasions to discuss support beams and levelling of my main floor (kitchen) At no time was I given the option for an engineer to come and assess my home I was told by ***** on both occasions that a new support beam would be sufficient and would level my kitchen floor. Once the beam was installed another crew showed up to my house to support with levelling. All of a sudden all communication and work stopped and people stopped talking to me. All to find out that the beams location would not support levelling of my kitchen floor. After a long conversation it was determined that my bathroom would have to be re-configured and that I would have to put another beam where my shower was If I wanted to level my floor. I was also told that the owner would contact me to come to my house to see the area. When the owner eventually showed up to my house he basically told me that I should get over the quarter inch difference in sections of my Flooring considering that my backsplash grout line wasn't straight and that I shouldn't worry about putting another beam in to level the floor. I should just put floor leveller down the next time I replaced my floors and that I should upgrade my husband to a 2.0 he was very unprofessional and did nothing to try to fix the problem he then brought in a huge wrench and started cranking up the support beams and now my entire main floor creak when you walk on them. The crews that were sent to my house were very professional and polite but the owner of this business and the sales people that come to your house did nothing but create more problems for me and I'm not sure what their qualifications are when it comes to putting beams in peoples houses. I should've had an engineer come to my house to see where the sags were and if it was possible that a new support beam would level my floor, my main beam lally column is rusted in spots and the owner told me not worry about it. My trust is broken

We initially tried solving a basement leak with a company that drilled a few holes in two cracks and applied an expanding polymer to solve the leak. We spent ~$1,500 as they had to come back and apply more sealant. The basement still leaked. We heard that Omni was a reputable company that certainly lived up to its reputation.

Consumers are exhausted from expensive and shoddy workmanship, and Omni was a refreshing change. The two technicians showed up on time and worked the full day; they explained their membrane system and why it was a permanent solution. When they finished, they cleaned their work area, which was spotless.

The next day it poured down the whole day with rain; I went to the basement to see if there were any watermarks or water seepage; it was completely dry.

I cannot say enough about Omni. I contacted Pete, the founder and told him how pleased we were with the work his team performed. **********************************************************
