            I received an email stating that I was among the so called privilege to be able to reloan without proof of payment. So I applied and was still asked to prove that the payment went through and I did so several times. They accused me of having a negative balance after payment which I proved that I did not several times. They accused me of receiving a nsf charge on my icash payment. I explained to them that they can't make up false accusations and I asked them to explain to me how I would possibly receive a nsf when I had positive remaining balance and a positive end of day balance. I'm now concerned for my banking information. Is this a legitimate business? They have no understanding of how bank payments work. I have tried to resolve this issue with support but they kept lying and telling me things that didn't exist in my account and kept demanding proof that doesn't exist. They continously kept hanging up the phone one me, the supervisor of the support team hung up on me several times. They are falsely advertising their business and requesting documents that they shouldn't be. I don't understand how such a company is still operating.

            Hi my name is **** and ** on odsp and Icash has been untruthful and deceptive about there policy for repayment and yesterday they pre approved my loan and now they are saying that they have to (by law) make customers wait for 4 day period for reapply and wait time yesterday was atrocious and they were doing first come first serve type mentality
