I purchased through financing, a Polaris 2020 Sportsman 850 Premium LE Matte, Navy Blue Four ******* on May 17th, 2024. Having the machine in my possession for under 24 hours and barely putting an hour of drive time on it, the rear differential bolt came out and filled full of mud, there are no front or rear brakes despite being advised that they had been replaced before my taking possession of the machine, the ******* overheats after 30 minutes of run time and the machine has an awful grinding when it turns, suggesting that bearings or CV Shafts need repair. The four-******* was not serviced as promised before I picked it up, it was sold to me unsafe for use and when I approached Elders Enterprises about repairing these issues, I was advised that both no warranty for repairs and no refunds would be offered, despite these issues being a fault of the dealership.Business response

Hello, This is *******************************, Service manager at Elder Enterprises. We have been in contact with ****** several times since this complaint. His concerns were brought up with us and we have done or best see see that all have been addressed to ensure his satisfaction with his purchase. It was not the smooth delivery that we strive for here but the last communication I had with ****** left me with the impression that overall he was satisfied with his experience here.Customer response
