Here is some information about the company and the estimate number that we were given upon agreement. We were asked to make a Deposit of (40% of the total cost) $15,495.46 in order to supply materials and schedule a start date for the project. a few days after the first deposit is made I was contacted by Benjamin M. by a different number stating that he is having troubles in his bank accounts and he asked us to pay for drywall material and he promised to start to work. Unfortunately Mr.M. has been ignoring us , not showing up for work, coming up with all possible excuses and not providing a start day whatsoever. ***** ***** *** owners initiated warning letters regarding the issue and tried to solve the issue but attempts were not successful. We neither received the labor service nor our money back so far. ***** ***** *** had no other option than initiating a termination letter and asked to be paid back the $15,495.46. We would like to know how your organization can help us in any way of the problem. Most likely we will point an attorney and make a claim in small claims court but I personally believed better business bureau can guide us resolving the issue, therefore wanted to reach out, It doesn't seem fair at all to pay for something and get nothing in return plus felling left to be clueless about the whole solution.
