      Gooday, hoping to resolve an on going issue with the company demon customs and performance that is already listed on your site, with bad reviews and such now that I'm finding out who they are.. I've purchased from them many small things in the past with a few small issued but they were resolved. This time with a large amount, its totally different story as I purchased just shy of 6 months ago in September a *********** kit from demon performance, ( a full engine wiring kit etc) at the some of 2811$ in total. At the time the kit was IN STOCK and ON SALE. Reason I bought it, at the time of the purchase before completing the actual purchase it said item ships 1 to 2 days meaning I should have it within the week I ordered it since their literally 8 hours away from me. (I'm in Timmins Ontario, their in Ingersoll Ontario). I get the confirmation email saying that my order is complete and that was the last I've heard from them. I've tried continuously calling them 7-8 times, leaving voicemail after voicemail, someone answered the phone once and then hung up. For a week or 2 they had actually turned the phone line right off, I've sent probably 5-6 emails now no answer and even sent them a ******** message on their page witch, they read and did not reply. I understand supply chain issues but when its in stock and 8 hours away I should of gotten something after almost 6 months. I've since posted a post on a famous truck page group in witch I've come to find out I'm not the only one whos been ******* with bigger orders with no response and people out of money.. if possible id like to attempt to at lease a refund ***************************************************************** ***** I've even emails their one sponsor and they also have heard the same from them. I will supply you guys with some chats, other peoples experience with them including mine, any other info needed just let me know. Thank you *******

      made a purchase for a steering wheel for just over 300$ in march of 2021. they processed my payment. and gave me a time frame, then months later told me they were having issues because of covid with receiving their products. I have since checked with the manufacture and there are no issues with the product on there end. they basically ignored me until November of 2021 where I asked for a refund because I'm tired of dealing with this company, ************************************************************. it is now the end of January 2022 and they are still ignoring me, something has to be done about this ********* company

      Ordered a part from the company's website . Paid for item with credit card . Item ordered was not displayed as being out of stock or back order . Waiting for item to be shipped I was told it is on back order . I asked for refund and was told they don't give refunds only credit . Didn't want credit, asked for refund . Waited again for response . Kept messaging and finally replied saying refund would be issued . It's been almost 5 months since first ordered and conversation on ******** messenger . They haven't responded now since November 2021. Messaged again tonight and now my messages can't be delivered. Still no refund , over $43.75 in interest on my credit card due to unpaid balance waiting for them to refund me . 5 months is more than adequate time to process a refund . Not responding and blocking my messages is final straw . Was willing to wait for refund but I feel I gave plenty of time and now that I've been blocked I feel I'm working my rights to file a complaint to hopefully prevent other customers from being misled and mistreated

      I ordered a pair of bucket seats on June 3 2021. The order number is **** and the total amount is $561.51 in Canadian funds. I have contacted the business owner with the ship date getting backed up further and further. It is now December 20 2021 with no answers into when I will get the goods ordered. The type of seats are *************************************************** (PAIR) Black w/Red Stitch w/logo × 1. List price before tax was $503.99 CDN. I have checked with a few other sellers and these seats are readily available and ready to ship. I have even contacted the manufacturer in California and there is no supply issues with this type/art number of seat.       I ordered a *** Racing Seat & brackets from Demon Customs on July 4th for $576.29. The item was in stock on their website, and noted shipping times could be 5-6 weeks. I waited aprox. 1 month before contacting them about an update on my order with no response. About two months after ordering, I sent another email, called, and messaged their social media accounts wondering about my order, before I finally received a response. They informed me the shipment of said product was delayed and they did not currently have it in stock. I was told I could not cancel my order or receive a refund. I told them I would file a chargeback on my credit card if they wouldn't refund my purchase. I decided not to file a dispute on the charge, and give them the benefit of doubt that the item would be shipped soon. I have sent several emails in the past few weeks, attempted to call their shop, and message their social media accounts trying to get a response with no luck. Today, I tried to file a dispute on the charge through my credit card company and learned I cannot file a dispute after 90 days. The *** Bucket Seat is no longer listed on their website, and with no response from the company, I am doubting I'll see my order. I have already purchased this product from another company, and I only want my $576.29 refunded from Demon Customs & Performance. There is no reason why they can't return a payment made for a purchase they cannot fulfil.
