On May 13, 2022 I connected with ******* at Dirt Devil’s Cleaning Service for a quote on cleaning, we had agreed on a set price of $95 for the first cleaning. ******* asked that I put a $50 deposit down as a cancellation guarantee, I gladly did so. ******* was to arrive on Wednesday May 18, 2022 for the scheduled cleaning… this day she let me know she wasn’t feeling well and cancelled our cleaning. Later that night she had wrote to me asking for me to help her out and pay the remainder of the cleaning in full (prior to arrival) this was an additional $45. I recognized the red flags that felt like a scam, but I’m hoping for the best in people I obliged and paid the remainder under the pretext that she would be arriving one day later to our house to complete the cleaning… she confirmed she would be arriving on May 19, 2022 between 12-1 to complete our cleaning. After time time passed the next day, I connected with her to be told another excuse and when I asked for a refund of the money I had sent, ******* stopped responding meanwhile she has responded to other inquiries as proven by my peers.
