I purchased a truck from UpperCanada truck sales in November and now the truck is in the shop requiring major repairs. I was told that the truck had a rebuilt engine and I purchase extra warranty on the truck for one year. But the part that failed on the truck should’ve been replaced when they were rebuilding that engine automatically. But it wasn’t replaced and this is what happened to the truck. It failed and UpperCanada refuses to put the bill up for it right now I’m looking at a $4000 bill without the part in, the truck the new part. That’s just to diagnose the whole problem and there’s different codes coming up on the truck that they still have to do work on. My truck is in Kamloops BC and an international dealership. UpperCanada told me to send them the invoice I’ve sent them the invoice. I told the garage/dealership in Kamloops to contact UpperCanada and they refuse to make contact and engage with the garage . They’re refusing to take responsibility for the truck. I’ve only had for three months. I purchased a truck on the premises that it has a rebuilt, engine and warranty for peace of mind and they’re refusing to do anything about it. . Then I purchased this truck for over $70,000. I had to fly back to Ontario and leave my truck behind. I spent $500 in hotel accommodations and BC prior to flying back. I spent $730 to tow the truck and $500 worth of services. I would like all that money back plus my truck to be fixed.
