            Do not how these guy’s work. They take cash but are not willing to provide any receipts. I asked my daughter to pay $141.25 (including tax) in cash for her dance dress. She pays the money (in cash) but not provided with a receipt. I asked her to go back and ask for one. Even this time they do not provide one. They come up with an excuse that the manager is not in and that he/she can only issue a receipt (although she writes on a plain paper that they have received the money). This really upset me. I decide to go in an confront the lady. On my insistence, she finally issue a receipt. Seems like these guys work on cash to avoid paying any taxes. Do not see any other reason for having such a behavior.

            Hi S***, Sorry for your experience as i do believe this is a big miss understanding. Our office manager was not in that night. We did end up writing a hand written receipt which did have your payment but not as clear as the one we provide on our costumer portal. We have an online portal that we added your costume to. The next day the Office manager was in, we applied to credit to your account to offset the cost of the costume and provided you with an online professional receipt from our company. With covd we have decided to take most payments online or by cheque . We are not set up for cash receipts at this time as we do everything through the portal. We are trying to reduce environmental waste and use less paper. I hope you understand we were doing our best during these times.

            This was a misunderstanding. It was very nice of the Elite Dance management to call the next day and sort of the issue. It was more of a procedural thing, that was explained to me. I am very grate full to Mr. Dan for ensure customer satisfaction and happiness.
