    I found out yesterday why there was damage to my boat after this establishment loaded it onto my boat last fall. At my new marina they lifted my boat off the trailer to paint the boat and repair the hull damage. They damaged the front bunk boards somehow ripping it from the boat frame. The owner refuses to discuss the issue with me.

    Pirate Cove Marina (PCM) brokered the sale of my 2013 Sylvan Pontoon. Brokerage Agreement completed by PCM staff and signed 24 May 2022. Received email from **** in sales advising they had received an offer, he's handling the sale. **** said time sensitive for buyer. Offer accepted. 17 Jun 2022 **** contacted us requiring info for lean check. Info given. No further contact from **** on sale. As we had not heard anything I contacted **** on the 22 Jun 2022 and asked status. He advised customer would be picking up boat on 24 Jun 2022. After not hearing anything from ****, I contacted him 29 Jun 2022 and asked for details of sale. He advised the sale went smoothly, but the client wanted a test drive and completed. Client very happy payment received to close the sale. **** advised my payment would be ready, 29 Jun or 30 Jun 2022.Not heard anything from **** with regards to my payment I attended PCM on the 6 Jul 2022. **** checked with someone and advised me the payment was not ready. **** advised the payment would be ready 7 Jul or 8 Jul 2022.IAW PCM contract they make disbursement to the owner within two weeks of exchange of vessel. Therefore payment should be no later than 8 Jul 2022.STILL NO CONTACT from ****, I telephoned PCM on Friday 8 Jul 2022 asking about my payment. He put me on hold and would check on the payment. Upon returning to the phone **** advised payment had not been processed. I advised him of PCM contract that payment would be made within two weeks and that is today. **** had no answer other than to say there was no owner available to sign the cheque and I would have to wait until Monday or Tuesday. Not being pleased and after conversation as to PCM breaching their own contract, I asked that an Owner contact me ASAP.Totally unacceptable dealings or lack of, from ****. I hope other sale staff are more attentive, care about buyers and sellers. Would not deal with them in future (apparently newer owners since buying boat there)
