Hello all,I ordered 4 chairs from Adirondack chair a few months ago. I called them just for a status report and was told that because I ordered a couple with titan arms ,the order might be delayed till the spring. I spoke with ****, she is one of the owners and I asked her if I cancel the titan arms will that expedite the order? She was so sweet and professional ,she said that would definitely get the chairs to me a lot earlier ,then she was kind enough to tell me that when the titan arms come in she would send them along and tell me how to install them.I was blown away with the customer service! I could tell immediately that the company really cares about their clients.For those of you waiting on chairs all I can say is that material is the only thing that is delaying everything.I own a construction business and deal with a lot of customers also .Getting a job done from start to finish is almost impossible because everything is on back order .when **** and I spoke about this,I immediately related to it and understood the situation.I have never bought anything from them previously but let me tell u i will be buying alot more from such a down to earth company.Thanks again ****, u guys are great!!!

These chairs are the perfect finish for my new patio. The stain finish is spectacular and unique...I couldn't find it anywhere else. To heck with plastic! And the recliners are awesome for star gazing!
