      Excellent service. Very clean. Showed me how to use my unit, program it, as well as clean it. I did do some research about the unit online and with other people in my condo and the pricing was comparable. They were and are willing to answer any and all of my questions. Very nice team!

      I am shocked to read the 2 reviews here! I was just engaged with ServicePlus and have nothing but praise for the service and response. I would highly recommend this business for their professionalism and honesty. My water-heater was replaced in less than one day and with no 'problems'. A very competitive price and the ************* of being treated like a 'customer'. thank you.

      its a long list i have two thousand foot home they put a 40 ooo btu in and I was all ways cold/ i kept calling then they came to my home i payed them for there time /they kept telling me the furnace is good that it was my house all winter i was cold/ theni call some one new they came and told me that it would never heat my home service plusput to small of a furnse in it needed a 60 000 or a 80 000 btu to heat my home all of them days that i was cold to the bone/they didnot even put their tag on the furnese.. they didnot do no duct work no tape open gaps in ductpipes vary bad work

      Hey Tom, Thank you for your feedback. As per your request, we installed a 60,000 btus furnace, and we've refunded your service calls. We taped every joint related to the new furnace installation. We always leave a gas tag. We also registered your manufacturer warranty of 10 years parts, labour, unit replacement, and a 99 year heat exchanger warranty. Manufacturer warranty means that you can choose any qualified company approved by the manufacturer (40+ companies available in Ottawa and surrounding areas), if you have any issues in the future. Our company policy is zero tolerance for aggressive behaviour, threatening behaviour, verbal or written threats, or verbal abuse. Our staff members are really great, caring, hard-working people. We wish you the best.

      Horrible they try to sell customer new furnace very bad experience

      Hey Gordon, on February 7th, our technician arrived responding to a "no heat call". In short, as the thermostat was calling for heat the whole time (not a thermostat issue), the furnace would hit a safety that prevented the furnace from heating up past a temperature of 170F. The furnace was short cycling, turning on and off every 4-7 minutes prematurely. The technician was diligent making sure it was not a blower motor issue, dirty filter, or inducer motor issue. The internal temperature of the furnace would also fluctuate from 140F-210F. This was not a safe condition for the furnace to be operating in. The red tag was not for excessive carbon monoxide levels in either the plenum or flue, it was that there's an unsafe condition and the appliance should not be operating until the furnace is fixed. We provided both options to repair and replace the 22 year old furnace. As much as we try to please everyone, what if an individual got hurt from this unsafe condition? That's why we provided you with the documentation saying our technician found an unsafe condition and the appliance should not be operated until fixed.
