Jan 11/23 we booked the purchase of 15 windows $24295.00 Jan 13 we approached the company after seeing our neighbours quote. We received a $1295 discount. May 8/23 the windows were installed The installers damaged the bathroom wall and the toilet seat (cost of $125 at **** *****). They also installed a window that was so bowed I couldn’t get my blinds in, the wall was also damaged in this room. One of the window frames is cracked. One other window is bowed and the screen doesn’t fit in properly so it pops out. We went into the office and had a phone conversation with Barry L. In order to try and get some things fixed. Barry said he would come by with the installer to see the damage and we sent in photos and a video. Barry sent a guy to chip out the spray foam insulation so he could fix the bowed window in one room. This gentleman said he was not fixing the other bowed window and that we should contact Barry L. We contacted Barry L and he said he doesn’t respond to ******* we have the email trail. He has since told us that we are trying to take advantage of him and that we did the wall damage . We would like some help dealing with Barry as he just jumps straight to the I don’t respond well to ******* comment

The bowed window was fixed and a completion certificate is signed. The toilet seat has a hairline scratch the size of 3 cm which is visible and was done after the installation by their own renovations. A new screen has been ordered for the window she claims doesn't fit as it's under warranty.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

the toilet seat damage as seen in video on May 9th the day after installation was definitely done by the installers as you can see the black tar from the installation. The toilet seat is $125 at **** ***** and I would like it replaced.

i Appreciate that a new screen has been ordered for window Bedroom KL on the invoice.

window Labelled Bedroom K has a crack in the frame which would most likely be covered under warranty as well

      Sincerely,

      ****** *********

I hired this company do all the windows and doors in my house. They made it part of the contract to audit the house to get government rebates. I signed the contract. windows were replaced now they are backing out from doing the audit. They claim it’s my responsibility to get someone to do the audit before I replace the windows. The entire process before finishing the job never ever said I was responsible for doing the audit. Now they collected the money and refused to finish paperwork for the rebates. They are going around ****ming people promising them rebates when actually they don’t do it. I got ripped off by this company and should be help accountable for false information leading customers to sign contracts for their benefits.

      To Whom It May Concern,

We installed all windows according to the contract, and all windows DO qualify for the ****** ******* ***** Grant as energy star most efficient. Client signed a certificate of completion and paid in full. The client didn't do an audit prior to getting the windows installed. The ****** ******* **** Grant states that the government grants are the homeowners full responsibility. This is also written in our contract. Please see section 12 of our conditions section. We are a legitimate business with thousands of happy clients. We do not **** anyone nor provide false information. Kindly refer to the ****** ******* ***** Grant section for further information on grants and rebates.

      Sincerely,

      Management,

Premier North Windows and Doors Inc.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: it clearly states in this contract they will be responsible for the audit of the windows prior to installation of the windows and doors. The owner of the company is a complete liar. He have no credibility. This is an actual copy of the contract which states they will do the audit. They installed cheap quality windows and refused to do audit according to government rebate. The doors and windows were poorly insulated and water entering through front doors. I have contacted this company regarding this matter and they refused to fix the issue. They cheated me of my money and rightful rebate program through the government. They made me sign the contract under assumption of they will do the audit to get the rebate. All the reviews of his company are fake done by paid customers or his family members.

      Sincerely,

      *** ******
