On august 23,2021 I went to the mobile Klinik kiosk at *** ******** **** centre to have my old phone appraised $270, they said it will be given on a prepaid **** card-I took the unopened card home and opened it too see that it was to expire shortly aug.31.(8 days)which was unacceptable. i tried to reach ******** ******* **. who issued it but unable too reach then directed to online email support. I contacted the manager of the store **** a few days later wanted him to issue me a new card but all his cards there were expiring on that same date aug 31st. **** called the ******** ******* ******* people from his store and passed the phone to me, they took down my info and cancelled my card and would mail me out a new **** card. I agreed a new card with a future expiry date would be issued. ******** rep confirmed all of this was correct. On september 9th i rec'd my new card in the mail only to find out it was already expired (august 31st expired 2021) and the same one as previously cancelled? tried calling them immediately but always got cut off waiting so frustratingly I emailed customer support (*******************************) on sept 16th and still haven't received a response. I went online to see if the card would work past expiry but it wouldn't work. How frustrating sold my phone too them august 23rd, they keep my phone which they agreed to give me $270 for and this is late october now and I don't have my money for my phone. I got a customer support ticket #***** from ******************************* with my complaint and it says someone will respond to me shortly but that was way back on september 16,2021. No response since. *******
