I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the unexpected cancellation of my order **************. According to the cancellation email I received, it was indicated that the cancellation was made upon my request. I would like to clarify that at no point did I initiate or authorize this cancellation. I had been expecting the commencement of order pickup from May 1 onwards, and this abrupt cancellation has caused considerable inconvenience. As a loyal customer of Canadian Tire, this experience falls short of the standards I have come to expect from your company. I kindly request a detailed explanation for this incident, that Canadian Tire make this right and the erroneous information stated in the cancellation email. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could provide me with information on how we can rectify this situation. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. We have been in contact with the customer, advised order was cancelled, pre authorization from credit card removed. We invited customer to re-order and we would price match the item. Case was closed on May 3rdCustomer response

It is impossible to unsubscribe from e-mail. I have tried for serveral months and there is always an error. I am bombarded by e-mails and it is law that I be able to unsubscribe.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: while this may fix my specific case, the systemic problem of not being able to unsubscribe still exists. The issue at large needs to be addressed so others don’t have to go through all this.
