Zero Stars! Run far, far away!I contacted this company to move the contents of a 4 bedroom house into a large storage facility. When the owner came to pre-inspect the home, he was nice and explained how the items would be carefully packed and wrapped the day before loading. We agreed to an hourly rate and the cost of packing materials. On packing day, only the owner and 1 additional person came to pack the entire house. The packing materials were pre-used and only half the house the was done. I was charged $1800 for 7.5 hours of packing. The owner frequently told me he was sick but didnt want to let me down.On loading day, I was still scrambling to finish packing while the only two people loading the truck, were not wrapping or securing anything. Framed art was taken off the walls and put directly in the truck with no padding or protection. After 15 hours of loading/unloading the job was nowhere near complete. I was handed an invoice for over $3000 for the days work on top of the $1800 for the terrible packing job. The owner stayed in the truck the entire time and told me his illness from the day before was actually COVID. He hired random people off Kijiji on the actual loading day because he did not have regular employees. For $6000 I was left with many damaged items, damage to my home and a job half done only days before the sale of my house was supposed to close. This is the absolute worst company in ********, **. Never, ever trust them with your belongings!Too much went wrong to explain in limited characters. Do not trust ******* no matter how personable he seems. I would not trust him to move the Taliban out of a cave.
