    We have purchased a ****** ******** from this business about 4 months back. About 2 weeks after we bought it multiple issues occured causing us not to be able to drive it. It has been in and out of their shop multiple times each time saying issue with vehicle has been resolved and yet each time same issue comes back. Recently it left us broke down yet again. Reached out to car one with no phone call back. Had no choice but to take it to our local subaru dealership. Where they have fixed issue and said its due to missing parts on the vehicle.

    Where do I start. I am a small business owner and need a truck urgently. I dealt with *** *******. I purchased a truck with the expectation of getting it in a week as per ***. I put $500 deposit and signed the bill of sale. One week went by and no update from him. I had to keep calling them to get the information. I was told that it will take another one week for the safety of the vehicle to be done as it was supposed to come safety certified. excuse this time was that the dealership was extremely busy and had to move out a lot of unit. Fine, that is understandable. I did not say anything. So now, 2 weeks after I call in to make sure safety will be done as they promised and vehicle ready. I talked to some guy and he said *** is not in the office and the truck is supposed to be getting ready as *** promised and he can see that on sales board. Now I have waited 2 weeks, and finally felt like I was gonna get it but no, that wasn't the case. Apparently the guy I talked to make a "mistake" and there was 2 black trucks and the safety was done on the other truck and not mine. Mind you its a dealership where they don't know what truck are being worked on based on stock# ? Big red flag. So, now I am calling every single day and Apparently *** is not working because he had exposure to covid. Fine, whatever, I have heard other excuses from them but since the name "covid" is dropped I understand. Now I am dealing with *******. Apparently she is a team lead, which is different from what it says on their website. She clearly is in the same sales position as ***. She initially sounded all apologetic and everything and told me it will be ready for Wednesday. This is 3 weeks later. She sent me a text saying the car is with the mechanic and they have ordered parts and should be good for Wednesday the 22nd Dec. I call her today, which is the delivery day as per her the "Team Lead". Now she tells me that the mechanic is slow because someone was exposed there to covid. Again, same excuse. I asked her to see if it can be rushed and why she told me my truck was on the hoist and apparently being worked on and they already ordered the parts. Now, she comes back with same excuse as before that it apparently was a wrong truck. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? You work at a dealership and sell cars for a living for crying out loud. This place is ran by some really incompetent, unprofessional people who want to get sales asap but don't really care afterwards. And its the same excuse over and over again by different people like they do a meeting in the morning and decide these are the excuses we are gonna go with. I am filing this to OMVIC as they gave me false promise and made me lose out on a lot of money. I am also planning to talk to a lawyer which I should have done earlier since it seems like they've been disciplined by OMVIC before and had to pay fines but clearly have not learned from it. I am still waiting for my truck while I am writing this review and it has been 22 days since I have signed the Bill of Sale and put my deposit. **********************************************************************************************************************************************************************
