Absoute nightmare. I brought my 2011 equinox to get a computer check to see what was going on with my engine and why my car put itself into limp mode. All I authorized them to do was put it on a computer and tell me what was wrong and instead not only did they put it on a computer but they took it upon themselves to take my engine out and do additional work that was definitely NOT authorized as well as lift my car up and take photos of the body of my car I was already aware about trying to get me to take my car off the road for rust that has come over the last 11 years. No one called to ask me if they could do any of it they just proceeded to do so then called saying they found what was wrong off the computer and had taken the engine out to check things and that it had taken them about 2 hours already. Not only did they take my engine out and check things but told me on the phone my car would be best to "go to a scrap yard as it is not even worth fixing". I have only had this car a year I have never had problems with it. I am a first year college student who just moved from 7 hours away and went to get my car checked to have it brought back to my home town to be fixed my parents drove the 7 hours down to show up and be told AFTER it was paid that my car no longer starts due to them not knowing exactly how to put the engine back together properly. I called head office and filed a complaint as I was stranded in this parking lot unable to load my car and when asked to help the mechanics who came to push were EXTREMELY ignorant, in the end I ended up spending additional money out of my pocket to call a towing company to come and put my car on the trailer to bring home. I will NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone and I will never be going back.
