My husband and I had our wedding at Steckle heritage Farm on July 22,2022- from the beginning there were several problems but most recently we were told on Monday April 17,2023 that a charitable tax receipt would not be provided- the employee stated on the phone after I called and asked for it to file income taxes. I stated to the employee that we have several signed contacts stating "All rental fees paid go directly into the preservation of the facility and support our programs offered to youth and families in the community. $600 from your rental fee and any held balance from the damage deposit will be counted towards a charitable donation, and a receipt will be mailed to you after your event." The employee reneged the agreement. I would like a refund, partial refund, or charitable donation receipt ******** *** ********* *** ** ***** **** *** ******* ******** **** ******* *** ****** ******** The wedding was postponed due to covid therefore there will be a different event dates.
