We ordered six pieces of furniture on February 27, 2021 ( $10,879.64 - invoice ***********, delivery scheduled for April 11). Although the first contact was very pleasant, the experience was very frustrating. First, when the phone call to preview the furniture did not come, we called and learned they had forgotten about our order (despite the fact that 50% of the bill had already been paid on March 01). We were informed that there would be weeks of delay - after some pressure from our part, the delay was reduced to days (April 13). Five of the pieces were delivered with the wrong feet - we were informed that the feet would be replaced in two weeks (this was on April 13, 2021). It is now December 2021, and nothing happened. Between my husband and I, we called multiple times, they seemed annoyed, and dismissed us saying it was the feet manufacture's fault, and they would keep us informed, which never happened. The bill was paid in full on April 9, 2021. We did not receive any calls with updates and have never heard a single word of apology. No attempts to fix the problem were made. We are still hopeful that BBB can help us get the proper legs for the furniture we paid for. Regards, ******** *******Business response

We are glad that despite CVID-19 issues- Supply chain issue-Skilled labor issue, we still delivered all her the furniture 13 April 2022 instead 11 April 2022. Despite our best effort delivery was late by only two days .
Mrs. ******* did not appreciate the difficulty manufacturers are facing due to COVID-19 and file a negative complaint to BBB and ****** review.
Mrs. ******* had a clear choice to ask for the the refund, which she didn’t do and also failed to mention in her BBB and ****** review complaint that we refunded the full amount of money we charged extra for the special metal legs.
Due to COVID-19 many many manufacturer worldwide closed their facility due to lack of business.
We will not be able to help regarding furniture metal legs. We have refunded the extra money back to her.
Even we don’t intent to do any future business with Mrs. *******, however, furniture warranty will remain in place.
Supply chain issue will not go away any time soon and may drag on till end of 2023. Still we are committed to take care of our customers and also committed to produce best quality furniture money can buy.
