Requesting Immediate Refund: In October 2023, a situation arose where ***** ******** had to take medical leave from school upon doctor's orders, pending surgery. Preceding this, a payment of 960.49 was made to My Social Media Group Inc, and direct communication took place with Creative Director Reggie G. regarding *****'s circumstances. Included in the submission are copies of the correspondence between ***** and Reggie, confirming Reggie's agreement to issue a refund at the start of October. Subsequent emails were *****'s attempts to inform Reggie about the necessity to discuss the refund process due to an unusable previous payment card, intending to provide updated payment information. Despite these efforts spanning three months, there has been no response. Multiple attempts were made, including approximately three phone calls and voicemails, all met with silence from the company. The final email served as a warning of potential reporting to the Better Business Bureau due to the lack of acknowledgment or communication. seeks assistance in obtaining a refund for services not rendered, as agreed upon in the previous correspondence indicating a full refund. ***** is adamant about not accepting a partial refund due to the prolonged lack of communication and the disregard for attempts to resolve the issue.Initial Complaint

I had contracted with them for advertising services. They told me I needed to commit to 3 months, I gave them access to my credit card, to charge, along the way. 3 months over, it was working well, I signed for a 4 th month, and they billed me, so far, no problem. Towards the end of the 4th month, I told them I would need to stop, was getting NO results, I couldn’t afford to continue. Turns out, they billed me for a 5th month, despite me previously telling them I needed to stop. I contacted them several times, seeking a refund. I actually have a screenshot of an Email, from them, telling me that I would be reimbursed “ as previously mentioned “. They had NOT, mentioned a refund before, I said thanks. That was over the month ago, still waiting, and now, they don’t return communications. Please help ( at least, they seem to have stopped billing me)
