            I had taken my vehicle in for a recall regarding oil leaking onto the alternator and a fix to mitigate this late June 2022. Late Feb of this year, my alternator died, ********* ** ** *** ******* and requiring a replacement. This cost me $900 and a few days without a car. Speaking with the mechanic and looking at the photos, the alternator was covered in oil which rendered it useless. Contacted Hyundai regarding some type of refund for my cost and was told there will be no refund of any kind.

            Very disappointed costumer first and last time I will ever buy a Hyundai. Costumer service is absolutely horrible, no feed back you call no one answered 2 weeks my car has been there and no response. They said my car had a recall , went there 3 times to give all what they asked for and they told me they won’t except written oil changes which is a lie , then they wanted a car fax , then bill of sale . they are refusing to fix it when they told me that the problem with my car was the recall. 2 weeks and still no car , no answer know there saying it’s Hyundai Canada is no answering . It’s just so upsetting I need my car and they just push the blame on each other. You get phoned calls not answered , leave messages no one calls you back to say yes we have received your message I call 7 times a day and still no answer reception nothing. And when they answer they try to get you off the phone asap HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE COMPANY… Then after 2 weeks Refusing to Fix it when they personally told at the Hyundai Kitchener the problem with my car was the recall. With no explanation Help I need my car back.
