Hello Paid DJ’s painting - owned/operated by Jeremy *********- the payment of $5,000 on Aug 12,2021 to paint the exterior of our home. This was done after they completed other painting on property with no issues. Time of year prevented him from finishing in 2021 but promised we would be the “first in line” come spring. We had to reach out on May 12,2022 - and at that time was given the date of second week June due to being in a cast. We again had to reach out on June 27 to find update - were then given July 11,2022. On July 16,2022 - reached out to business as no communication for the week was to be started. No response - re-messaged on July 19,2022 and then was given Aug 3 for next date. On Aug 3… no one showed - and then given “sorry wrong date on calendar”. Provided paint colour then - and was said following week - on Aug 8 - sent that they would try following week due to weather. Then on Aug 14… said couldn’t come until mid week due to **** ****** issues. Did not show up on Aug 17… sent multiple messages up to and including Aug 19-said would call later that night - never heard from him. On Aug 22 - sent message letting him know *** *********** *** that we wanted payment returned. I had also sent him an email outlining the same issues and that we were prepared start complaints. Then promised Sept 6,7,8,9 no excuses, etc… they showed up for on Sept 6 and 3 hours on Sept 9. Then Sept 14 for minimal hours/work done. Have not been since *** ** ******* ****** ******* ** ****** *** *******. Have been trying to contact since Sept 29 - messages and phone calls - ZERO response. We are now left with a 3/4 painted house, all the money paid and in this situation I have all the text messages, emails, receipt he wrote last year and also his business registration
