On March 12th 2021, Mr. ******** agreed to build a custom bar for us. We gave him a deposit of 50% and he promised to have it installed by the end of April 2021 at the latest. I know we all have stuff happen in our lives and Covid restrictions have been part of the problem. After many unanswered texts and phone calls to try to resolve this matter, we were promised delivery on April 8th,2022. (We had asked for April 1st but agreed to April 8th and no more delays.) We are very close to a year past the promised delivery. April 8th came and we were told he was finishing it that day and would try to deliver later that day. Then he called and asked for the weekend to finish. Reluctantly, we agreed he could have until Monday April 11th. Today (April 11th) he texted to say he's finishing it up today and will let it dry, do touch ups tomorrow and deliver on Wednesday. I have asked for morning on Wednesday and have not received a response at the time of writing this. Who knows what excuse we will get on Wednesday? We feel we have been more than patient with Mr. ******** and expect our bar to be delivered and installed promptly. Your help with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Businesses should not be allowed to keep people waiting this long and changing the date time after time.
