My family and I are KOA rewards members and every year we visit this establishment in the summer time 2-3 times a year. This January we made reservations online and booked for a July 2 night stay in a cabin and 2 days later *** *** ***** *** came back with an email cancellation to my reservation and booking indicating that: Sorry for inconvenience, your profile on our black list. we can't accept any reservation Thanks *** So I was really disappointed in this response as last summer in 2021 we stayed there twice ans we had no issues, concerns or any warnings or problems that was brought to our attention from the owners or staff. We have never had issues there in the past with anything. We respected rules and regulations and covid restrictions of this campground. I have called and emailed the owners on numerous occasions to inquire why our reservations were cancelled and what is this black list that they are referring to and have not heard back at all ever. I have also made another reservation in March and again I got the same cancellation email with same wording and nothing else. At that point I have emailed the KOA headquarters to get involved and still no answer ro why this business is refusing our service. KOA HQ indicated that each KOA can choose to run their campground as they please. This is unacceptable as we just want to know why they are refusing service from us and why can't we book there? Not the proper way of conducting business nor providing good customer service.
