- Contacted Mark (owner) for a wall paper job for a baby room. He agreed to $600 starting Dec. 17 - day 1: owner sent his brother who was 3 hours late first day. I helped him on and off for for the first sheet. Once one sheet was up he asked for a few hundred dollars in advance as he needed money. I agreed hesitantly to giving him $200 agreeing to pay the rest when the room was complete. He left right away, leaving the room a mess saying he would be back at 9am the following day. As Stuart was leaving he dropped a piece of glass (pipe) which broke on my floor, he rushed to pick up the pieces in panic and claimed it was his phone, which it wasnt. The worker seemed rattled the whole day, and very figgitty. * ******* ** *** ********* ****** **** ****** ****** ** *********** My wife and I didnt say anything when it happened, but both looked at each other as if both are assumptions throughout the day were accurate. Day 2: Stuart (worker) doesnt call to say he would be late. I called him around 9:15am to see if he was coming as he was late for hours the previous day. Stuart finally called at 10:30 ish sounding as if he just woke up, assured me he would be there for 12 noon. At 12 noon, Stuart still hasnt showed up, or call. - i didn’t hear from Stuart for almost a week, and in the mean time i cleaned up all the mess he left and gathered his tools. I contacted the owner ( Mark) who assured me once he was done another house which would be Dec. 28, he would send some other workers over to complete the job. - Stuart eventually called me, asking about the tools. I told him they were at the house and that his brother might likely need them to complete the job, Stuart then got angry and said he would show up at my house and slit my throat if i didnt give them. I told him he was being insane, and told him to come right over to get them, which he did Jan 4th. - I have tried leaving multiple messages with the owner mark, as well as texts, but he is not answering.
